These terms are an agreement between you and OpTech Solutions (“we”, “us”) covering the VoiceMax iOS app and this website (together, “VoiceMax”). By using VoiceMax you agree to them. If you purchased through the App Store, Apple’s standard terms also apply to that purchase.

The service

VoiceMax is a subscription app that [what the app does]. Features depend on the permissions you grant and on iOS capabilities; they can occasionally be delayed or unavailable.

Subscriptions & billing

  • VoiceMax requires a paid membership: weekly at $5.99/week, or annual at $49.99/year with a 3-day free trial (prices in USD; local prices may vary).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • App Store purchases are billed to your Apple ID and are managed or cancelled in your Apple ID subscription settings — cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid renewal. Refunds are handled by Apple.
  • Web purchases are billed by Stripe. You can manage or cancel anytime at voice-max.superwall.app/manage, which is also where you retrieve the redemption link that unlocks the app.
  • Prices may change; we’ll give notice before any change affects a renewal.

Your account

VoiceMax creates an anonymous account automatically — no email or password. You can delete your account and data anytime in Settings.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse VoiceMax: no reverse engineering, no interfering with the service, and no use that violates the law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app; all rights in VoiceMax remain ours.

Disclaimers & liability

VoiceMax is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination & changes

You can stop using VoiceMax anytime; we may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms — material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use means acceptance.
